Keelagher Okey Klein have now completed and passed the assessment process to become an APS Registered Practice for CDM Coordination(SSIP/CHAS Competence Criteria).

Assessment by a member of SSIP has been specifically highlighted as a key route to health and safety pre-qualification in the 2013 edition of the Government-backed construction pre-qualification document PAS 91.

Our Registered Practice status provides:-

  • A recognised, credible means of demonstrating competence in terms of the CDM 2007 Regulations.
  • The means to match or exceed client’s expectations for CDM2007 Stage 1 competence.
  • Evidence that we have undergone an independent, confidential, assessment by the UK’s leading body for CDM project safety.

This is in addition to our existing SSIP registration via Constructionline and in addition to our individual CDM Coordinators’ own APS registered membership (RMaPS).
