Client Relationship

We strongly believe that we need to work with the Client as part of a team and our experience, gained from many successful schemes, reinforces that belief. To do that, we will provide a service based not just on traditional values but:

Be open and flexible in respect of fees

Fees

Initial advice is given freely without charge. This applies even if you decide not to use our services. We understand the need to control costs and are always willing to discuss fees. Fees will normally be related to the value and type of project and will, wherever possible, be agreed before commencing work. Fees will attract VAT at the appropriate rate.
